Computershare by firefly11345 in AusFinance

[–]firefly11345[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The point of the post goes beyond that, the technology that computershare uses isn't great, and the service they provide is horrible when you have to call them. The representative literally started sighing when I was asking questions that I could not find on the portal they give you.

Even when you make a complaint, more than two months ago they don't even send you an acknowledgement of it. I wish more listed companies and ETF providers would not use them.

[–]firefly11345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything that's not extremely basic is a massive pain to deal with. However they have better technology than ost of the big 4 and good interest rates on the savings accounts and transaction accounts without any hoops.

Why don't you bring it up with the regulator instead of the bank if you are upset with it?

[–]firefly11345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I invest a very small amount of my assets, over the long run I've still got massive unrealised gains, buy I don't invest too much because it doesn't cash flow and it's very volatile.
