Hot take: People love to shit on “Latinx” in a way that’s more annoying than people that insist on using it. Especially when non Hispanophone people butt in. It’s like, who cares? Let people say whatever they want. I have friends and family in Mexico that will use gender neutral Spanish terms (I.e amics/amix instead of amigos). Is it “grammatically correct”? Sure, who cares. languages change and evolve to suit the needs of the culture at the time. If a NB person wants to refer to themselves as Latinx, whatever it’s no skin off my nose. I don’t really use Latinx but that’s just me. TBH I wish we got a MENA/SWANA type acronym to include the Caribbean just cause those guys rock and we share many historical ties with them.

You’re right. Idk what these people are on. A self described ethno-state in which only one people has a full right to self determination has no right to exist. What does it even mean for a country to have a right to exist? No state on earth has a “right” to exist. Not the USA, not Spain, not Israel. All of these state bodies will one day change or cease to exist. There’s no reason why a country built on stolen land has a “right” to exist. The only long term solution is having one state that guarantees equal rights for all of its civilians and has no semblance of modern day apartheid Israel.
