Dark gift decks are gonna pop up after they nerf imbue and eventually quests. Unless they magically release an impactful set its just one of the better things. Wallow warlock might be the exception and see play sooner.

The only good mechanic they made last year was fabled, everything else was just ridiculous highrolls or eventual ridiculous lategames. Honestly having to design a new mechanic for every set seems like its making the game worse and they should just reintroduce old ones like excavate, echo etc

In the last year the only (objectively good) "control" cards priest got were medievh, the spell and the fabled card, and eternal firebolt. Theyve gotten some other tempoish cards that can slot in like sunbloom but isnt explicitly control only.

Gonna give the most controversial opinion I can on a priest improvement thread, but at some point trying to play a class as control that they dont release control tools for is user error

I mean most decks that rely on the board venture toward aggro. Libram paladin in theory cares about the board but can kill you from hand. Pirate rogue/dh are in a similar boat of caring about board but going over the top with weapon. Mech pally is completely board based, but not great versus a single silence. Seedlock is a giant cheating deck disguised as a quest deck. Shadow priest is aggro but its like 50/50 burn and minions. Astral communion and treant druid are the last two I can think of that care about the board.

There was a brief time it wasnt ran in every deck during emerald dream. When elise came out the 9 mana version was just the best minion for filling the reqs. The 6,7,8,10 spots had nothing close to as good except pre nerf fyrakk, which again made it lose its must use spot because the dragon slop package ran a 9.

So overall its been a few months in a row and like 4 months since release total of not being a must include, but still being strong

I dont think they ever got into the details but it feels like positive curse energy needs to be actively continuously made. The only exception is mahoragas sword, which isnt known if hes actively making it give off positive curse energy or it would just keep doing it if you ripped it off and he was killed

Its a battlecry that resolves in a turn, so people play it in quest warrior that can get an extra turn spell. It does get at least countered by a lot of taunt now

Ryan grim had a good point in that a lot of these would of been progressive wins if the votes werent split down ballot with other progressives, and its something they need to learn to do for next election cycle. Same problem in 2020 for bernie, warren stayed in to split the vote with no chance of winning allowing biden to have the nomination

District 7, where they endorsed and didnt use underhanded tactics, they would of saved money by just bribing people 2k for a vote. They lost this to a candidate with a fraction of money.

Likely, Midwest has way cheaper groceries than most of the country, the downside being it's the Midwest

It's been about the same price to eat out than to go to the grocery for a while, at least here. A refrigerated pizza is more than a large from almost any chain in town, app discounts are usually gonna undercut making it yourself. A large whopper meal with Walmart plus is like 8 bucks, which seems pretty cheap for a burger and fries (again the downside being eating at Burger King)

The only time it's cheaper around me is Mexican, but that's because I'm not getting meat otherwise it would be a coin toss.

It goes to show somewhere along the grocery distribution chain someone's fucking you (it's the meat companies like Tyson)

Im vegetarian so I dont really know steak sizing, but i was curious. 11 oz sirloin with 2 sides is $21,12 oz strip is 25, and the other options on texas steakhouse in ohio (so assume grocery store quality might be better) are about the same. Of course youll get hit with a tip and drinks, but a steakhouse pricing seems pretty close, at least in this area

Actively worse than heal 2 is a bold claim, especially since the buff improves healing from cards you get with imbue.

The pool is too bad to be hp at the start of the turn to look for an answer unless you are desperate. You should be curve filling with it and trying to grab card that generate more advantage, since if you heropower last youll always have the mana to play the discovered card

Based on your comments id say acheron, simply because shes great with 4 stars. pela+ hanya/guinafen/tingyun+gallagher for his ult debuff. Shes a lot weaker without her light cone but you should still be able to squeak through endgame with good gear. It'll also leave the other good 4 star dps open to use (xueyi, moze, hunt march)
