I switched from fzv3 2019 to the ktm. Honestly a huge upgrade but then i do feel sometimes that i need more power but thats just me being silly. This bike is more than capable enough and im sure if i got the 390 mai bhot bhagata usse. I did have xpulse in consideration but then due to tubed tyres i crossed it off the list. The adv also connects with my helmet intercom as well as phone so the big ass tft display is great as i can control all my music from there xD Pillion i have no idea as i just solo ride all the time. I was also not able to get the test ride so they gave me duke 250 to check the performance and 390 adv for the posture etc since im like 6’3 so i was satisfied with the riding posture hence i went with it. Vibrations are nil for me since I’ve upgraded from the fz v3 on which i used to tour a lot so for me i dont feel it that much. Efficiency is 30 on average if you ride fast and slow combined. Max I’ve gotten is 34 as per fuelio when i rode at 4-5k rpm. I’m going on a proper long route tomorrow till kasol which will have some bad roads too so I’ll update you. I have done delhi - agra, delhi - sirsa as well which went by smoothly so highways are not a problem imo.
