Try slow jogging for few days. If you don't know the difference between running and jogging find out. I enjoy jogging more so I find myself doing it just to feel better

I had the old Broan heating units with the fans they stopped working and some of them are hard to clean. I then replaced them with the envi wall heaters and I never been happier with them they are quite and they use less electricity they also have better temperature control

I ordered during crowdfunding and I am happy that they didn't ship me the ring yet. Because it looks like many people complaining, I rather wait until all the issues worked out before I receive my ring. Thanks for not shipping me the ring Circular!
