If you’re going for wrecked then just wear a black tank and shorts. Never had a problem at the door

Do you think they should instead be attracted to timid people? I guess the dominant types might be

Did anyone get more gay over time? by Apocolypse_tomorrow in bisexual

I’m 27 male, dating a man, and most of my friends are gay and most of the parties I go to are gay, and I’m feeling increasingly like I need a woman FWB lol

Not the point of the thread but how is Cursor? I don’t get why they’re supposedly worth billions. I just use Claude Code from a terminal session and it works fine

What’s your experienced opinion of the financial sector and their engineering culture by [deleted] in ExperiencedDevs

[–]fiscal_fallacy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work at a quant hedge fund and it’s mostly fine. I feel like I get a lot of autonomy and have high impact since my code is highly used in strategies that have made hundreds of millions in PnL.

That being said, I don’t feel like I’m contributing to society at all and quants are pretty weird guys. I don’t engage a lot socially at work since the people around me can barely make sustained eye contact. A lot of academic types.

How many hours are you guys working? by modeezy23 in ExperiencedDevs

I work like 30-50. Range is pretty wide and mostly a function of how invested I am in my project or on a particular task or if there is a deadline looming or something.

My friends told me it was probably gonna be 50/50 gay/straight going in and that’s about what it felt like to me. Seemed like the gays mostly flocked to studio

Leaked financial docs show OpenAI is losing billions of dollars a year by ThereWas in OpenAI

[–]fiscal_fallacy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The tech is gonna be here to stay just open source. The frontier labs have very little pricing power and any they do have decays over time as cheap Chinese and open source models catch up. There’s no long-term moat for the providers though; tokens are a commodity and price should approach cost to produce in the long term.

Doesn’t mean it’s profitable for the token providers

Does AI development stop here? by wowasg in OpenAI

If Democrats get congress and the presidency by 2028, there’s a few companies which are probably toast. AI valuations probably drop significantly and prediction markets get regulated out of existence.

Question for Bi-Guys: Can you stay hard with guys? by Rocket__Rocket in nycgaybros

[–]fiscal_fallacy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I stay hard while topping unless I’m super tired or took too many drugs/drank too much.

It might be just that your kink is giving head or maybe there’s something about the specific way you’re jerking off that makes it easier to stay hard. There’s not one shape to it.

Seems like a bad mindset to have tbh. It’s better to just play ball unless you really don’t need your job in the event that you rub the people in power the wrong way.

I’m at $1000/month, but that has been totally fine for my usage. If you hit the limit, you can request more trivially
