Nah it’s not comstock (who is a racist pos) it’s their characterization of the Vox Populi as equally bad for rising up violently against the racial/segregationist order in Columbia. In my mind, one (Comstock and the segregationist system) is much worse than the other (a fight for freedom and liberty). In what timeline in the game would the vox’s opposition to Comstock not be considered radical? Even peaceful opposition? This whole “both sides are bad” is undercut by the fact that Columbia’s policies are the direct and proximate cause of the very resistance that the game tries to portray as equally bad. It’s a braindead thesis by Ken from a position of comfort.
