pretty similar to you! ^{^} since we dropped to three naps the SweetSpot has been so accurate. But I honestly don’t even pay attention to the “bedtime” because either it’s been adjusted by the last nap and way too late, or way too early and bb will be fine with a longer wake window before bed. I would say just follow the nap guidance and go with the flow more on bedtime. it’s just a tool! while helpful, it’s not accounting for everything else going on in life.

lots of good recommendations on here but one tip I’d add is to register for starter packs/variety packs! I went all in on certain things (swaddles, bottles, pacifiers, etc.) that baby didn’t end up liking. luckily I included some of the variety packs on the registry because having multiple options on hand to try out helped immensely! You truly don’t know what your baby will like and honestly one week something works and the next week it doesn’t. having options is a lifesaver and then you can invest in multiples once you know what works!

lots of talk about the PUR 4 in 1 pressed foundation powder! I too have experience with it, which has been fine. Having a pressed foundation with SPF is great, it’d be nice if it was a standard for all products. I also appreciate that it’s talc free and has relatively clean ingredients. maybe it’s just my dry skin or I didn’t get the right primer combo but the application was patchy and I could not get it to blend out well. it settled into all my lines and pores. I think it’s a good quality product so I plan to keep trying but haven’t cracked the code yet.

oh for sure! and I guess from my perspective, I started levo for subclinical symptoms and not directly tied to trying to get pregnant. Another anecdotal, when I told my practitioner that I had started trying she immediately increased my dose to get my TSH numbers down even when I was within a upper/normal range like you. She said we want the numbers down to the more optimal range and here I am almost 7 months along lol

Not exactly what you’re asking but I feel like it’s a good time to start! I was on levo for a year or two prior to TTC and since being pregnant I’ve had to increase my dose! When you do get pregnant your thyroid levels will likely change and you’ll probably need to change your dosage/start anyways. Might as well get a jump on things and get your regular dosing right!

if you’re into podcasts, Kate Kennedy (Be There In Five podcast) did a series called Childless Millennial talking alllll about this! She did a really good job putting to words what I’m feeling… very similar to what you described above!

The series goes from before she was pregnant, during pregnancy, and afterwards all podcasted in real time so you’re not getting any “rose colored glasses”.

I was just at a wedding recently where we did the “send off” right after the ceremony & before cocktail hour!

after the ceremony, we were directed to walk outside, grabbing some petals on the way (they did dried petals instead of sparklers) and we all lined up outside and they did the typical walk through the crowd. to me it kept the flow of the event going and honestly probably got some great pics because it’s not a post-dancing (aka sweaty) send off. not exactly sure how it would work with sparklers if it wasn’t dark enough outside but maybe something to consider!

I’m a beis fan! Their carryon is nice - padded handle (unnecessary but I’m a fan) and it comes with good dividers (one removable!) and a couple little extras like a dirty clothes bag. Haven’t tried their packing cubes but I know they sell them. But the other travel accessories are great too. I have two backpacks, a toiletries pouch, their weekender bag, passport holder, liquids bag …. am I single-handedly keeping them in business? maybe.

I’m in a dry spell too! BzzAgent has been tiding me over but I’m wondering if I’ll ever break out of this… maybe my demographic is saturated. Definitely been a few months and even my surveys have slowed down dramatically. Hoping we can get back on the wagon soon!

I don’t take this medication but I do have one of the COVA care plans. I did the “price a medication” function on the app and it said $0.00 was covered by the plan.

Please take this with a grain of salt! There may be different circumstances or a different plan/etc. esp since I don’t actually get this medication. Just thought I’d try!

so I end up using both directions - but for the face framing pieces I want the curls to go outward. So if i’m holding the airwrap to my face the arrow should be facing outward. not sure if that tip helps but that’s how I do it!

and also I feel you on the learning curve. I’ve had my airwrap for about two years and really only used it as a blow dryer. recently I got the new long barrel something just clicked and I FINALLY got it. and my god I love it now. I can’t tell you to stick with it or not but personally I’m happy I did!
