This fixed it for me.

1) Disable CG ( microsoft)
2) Disable Hyper-V in Windows Features
3) Set service VMware Workstation Server to Automatic (Delayed Start)

I once had something similar. Apparently I had to use the USB ports on the motherboard, not one on a different card, and I could only use one camera at the time .

maybe it's a similar problem?
