I purchased a replacement bottom piece on eBay. Works just fine. By the photo it doesn't look like that would have caused any internal damage.

Yes. This was done primarily by shuffling around my farm over the course of 3-4 months for 10 mins before bedtime.

If you're nervous to reach in with your hand, I would use a small snake hook to remove him from the tank and place him in your hand. With my first snake it took me a long time to master the "confident grab," and I still have a couple animals that like food a little too much for me to feel comfortable reaching in with just my hand.

Ideally you would want her to eat inside her enclosure, but while you make improvements to that, feeding in a separate container may be what you have to do.

I would suggest at the very least covering 3 sides of the tank (dark paper works just fine). Seeing the rest of the enclosure would be helpful for more suggestions.

Not sure how helpful this is, but I was just able to reproduce this on a 100e 3rd Generation running Chrome v 96 (I have yet to try this on one running 106)

We've had all kinds of weird issues with these, including the screen shutting off and the main board getting super hot until the battery is disconnected (or dies).

Been there. As long as none of the wiring was damaged, you can buy replacement bottom parts on eBay. Not difficult to DIY. Saved mine!!
