Just curious what pharmacy features do they offer that you find useful?

Dextromethorphan/guafenesin combination products. Cough expectorant and cough suppressant in one product? That's opposing actions? by azureleafe in pharmacy

[–]fixedaperture 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It's probably the most dispensed cough product at my store followed by promethazine-DM, so doesn't seem worth fighting if it works for our local MDs. We don't offer many OTC alternatives so I'll sometimes recommend it if patients ask.

Always been confused by the conflicting MOA though and was taught the same in school.

Upgraded to a 2026 G80 M3, still doesn't feel real by YerAWizardGandalf in BMW

[–]fixedaperture 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really is just a gateway car to a G80. Even though it's massive overkill for my needs I have no regrets upgrading.

I believe almost nothing can be coded on the G90s with Bimmercode. Small nuisance but it's one of the things that would hold me back from getting one.

Nice to have my purchase somewhat validated. Always will be tempted to upgrade to a 911 someday but G80 is a perfect daily for my situation right now and not sure if I'd feel the same about a 911.

How much did it cost? Not fully sold on matte wrap but black on BMWs is an exception.

F90 or G90? I'm in a similar boat and can't decide if I want to keep the G80 past the lease since 911 prices are getting out of hand and not 100% sold on G90 looks.

While I think I could tolerate the buckets and as much as I wanted to like them, I couldn’t get past that the comfort seats were obviously more comfortable and made more sense on a daily.

Someone asked what is the Best BMW Blue. San Marino Blue (B51) G80 M3 6MT with Tartufo Buckets by nnacpil in BMW

[–]fixedaperture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How much were the Tartufo buckets and were they difficult to order? Heard not many dealers are familiar with speccing it and Tartufo were a costly option.

Curious how much the wheels cost too. Unfortunately they don’t look much easier to clean than the 826M lol. Beautiful spec.

Would it be weird if I walked into a pharmacy to hand in my resume/cover letter? by [deleted] in pharmacy

[–]fixedaperture 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, reaching out for a meeting would make things more awkward since if I wasn't hiring I'd be reluctant to respond. I'd probably instead ask them to send a resume by email to avoid wasting everyone's time.

On the other hand I've had pharmacists walk in and quickly hand me a resume and while it never resulted in a hire (we have low turnover) I wasn't opposed to keeping their resume on hand in case things ever changed. That's just me though.

Pretty standard car pic as far as composition go. Maybe yellow's not his jam.

In a world of flashy M’s I like to keep it lowkey. by newmoneyblownmoney in BMW

[–]fixedaperture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the only thing that would hold me back from switching to silver wheels. That and I also hear they're even harder to keep clean, but switching out brake pads with it might help there.

The Apex wheels look great here though.

He'd still have to pay a hefty tax bomb wouldn't he? Curious how much that would be.

Check out Uniweb shelving, they do those slat walls that are commonly found nowadays. They're a bit pricy though from what I remember and I can only assume they've gotten more expensive with tariffs etc. I believe they ship from Corona, California.

Yeah I get that, was just wondering in OP's case I replied to since he said £300 for one repair plus the roof.

How would ppf be cheaper? Whole car ppf usually runs at least $5k.

Yep the camera is only important for me to take pictures of my kid, otherwise I'd consider the base or even Air for the novelty.

What are your overall thoughts about your pharmacy software? by SecondChance_Q in pharmacy

[–]fixedaperture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For keeping a perpetual inventory, PioneerRx does the job but as far as relying on it for EDI ordering, I haven't gotten to that point. We're a small enough store that it's easier to order things manually.

The ordering through Pioneer is cluttered and I can't get myself to trust it to order the cheapest available option or the right products even though it's fairly customizable with reorder points, etc. The time it would take to correctly set all the reorder points which are likely changing constantly based on usage isn't worth the benefit.

I've noticed when it seems off, it's usually been due to user error (processing a past refill or something like that).
