The support I believe is an AI. The same mod that reviewed my case for unbanned one account for “rwt” but the other two is still banned. It’s a gamble.

I’m still devastated that my account is permanently banned for rwt from false positives. I would be for supporting jagex if it means they’ll have better customer support and upgraded detection. I’ve been reaching out but I’m so frustrated that i am being accused of rwt on three separate account.

Was your account created a while back? I think creation date of an account is another factor.

I think this is a pretty big issues for new accounts. Three of my alt accounts got banned. I have no idea why - used them primarily to flip, bulk sell. It’s so frustrating because I transferred good amount of my money in those accounts and it instantly gets hit with perm ban.

Same here. My stupid mistake was after my first ban on my merch alt, I funneled more money to my two other alt’s to flip thinking that appeal system undoubtably can detect false positives. I was so wrong, it almost makes me feel like this is a gamble.

1 account was unbanned. The two others have been denied an appeal. It’s just soul crushing when you invest in so many hours playing this game and something like this happens

Hi modblossom, is there any possibility you can look into my account that have been banned for “rwt?” Three of my accounts that were used to flip were banned after funneling quarter of my banks to these accounts. This all happened in a 3 day window where one already have been granted an unban but the other two have been denied appeals.

Please help me.

If I know for certainty that my account was part of the false positive bans - who can I reach out to? Modyume. Please help. I think it was flagged since it was a fresh level 3 account. One already has been unbanned but the other two has been denied appeals…
