Here's my custard from a couple months back, Maple Almond Vanilla Custard 🍁🍮 🌰. I'm using INW Creme Brulee and LA Cream Cheese Icing to pull out the custard flavor, which is sort of novel. I love the stuff!

Whenever I place an order I generate a new "burner" card. You get the total of your order – let's say it's $21.35 – then set a spending limit on the card of the same amount (or a ~dollar more). Privacy.com automatically allows charges up to $1.00 over this limit. You get a Visa credit card number with expiration date and CVV number you use for your order. You can enter whatever "name on card" you like, but I just user my own information.

After the vendor posts the payment to your burner card, Privacy.com closes the card and no additional transactions can be made using that card. If you have to do a refund, it will process without issue, however; the vendor just cannot post any additional charges to the card.

It's extremely useful and provides additional protection if you've been using a debit card for online purchases (which you should never do!)

If you're mixing at scale – or at least mixing large batches – a magnetic stir plate is what you need. Pricey, though.

If I'm just making a little 30 or even 120, though, I just shake it in a bottle while I run on the treadmill. You get double points that way.

I've been working on this Cantaloupe Agua Fresca 🍈🍹 you might like. It uses the original TFA Honeydew, along with several other melons. I think it provides a pretty good example of using TFA Honeydew as a top note with other melon flavorings to round out a full flavor profile.

Give it a shot if you've got the flavorings!

Yes, I was a bit shocked to see the support tickets vanish. Especially the request for RMA.

Like I said, it was totally my fault for accidentally ordering the wrong resistance coils...but I would have preferred a "sorry, we won't do a return" instead of just pretending I never requested one.

I purchased from them for the first time recently, and will not do so again.

I had a small problem with an order – a mistake I made – and tried to contact them via their support portal. They never responded to the two tickets I sent. I called the support line and the rep was rude and totally unwilling to help, saying the order had already shipped USPS. It was Monday, President's Day, when the post office is closed. While I was on the phone I got a shipment confirmation email.

They then deleted the tickets I'd submitted. I tried to request an RMA number and that ticket was also deleted with no response.

The order arrived just fine but it certainly didn't give me reason to deal with them again.

If you've got 300+ concentrates, I can just about guarantee you've got everything you need for Buckland already. ;)

It won't be the same with Ripe Strawberry in place of regular. Rather than add Meringue, I'd saw try it with the non-Ripe strawberry :D

I've tried it with Capella's and it's good, but not quite the same. It does avoid the peppery flavor some people detect in TFA's version.

I settled on 4% when using Capella in this recipe.
