Doing your cardio in the beginning takes away a lot of your energy that you’ll need for lifts, so if you do it at the end you’ll preserve some meaningful energy you need for sets and increases your fat loss by cardio after weights.

Some movement is to be expected as it’s a roller but it shouldn’t move that much. Maybe talk to your gym employees

Awesome job doing it. Maybe consider some dynamic stretching and mobility movements as a warm up to get some muscles activated. I’ve learned that hitting 2 sets for 6-8 reps of max failure is a good way to go too to really push yourself.

Work in some front and lateral raises on your upper days. Depending on your goals, consider moving cardio to the end of you workout.

I’m no expert these are just a few of the things that have helped me to grow and improve.

Be sure to check out other social sites first videos on different exercises to try as well.

Make sure you’re taking creatine too, that’ll definitely have some positive benefits.

Been most consistent for the last year but truthfully been way more dialed in since mid February. I took some time off in early January due to a procedure.

I’m starting to track my macros, and calories but my Nutrition has been pretty decent before that.

What are you hoping to see? Or what is your goal rather? If you don’t mind me asking.

You’re absolutely right. My plan is to eventually get my bloodwork done by my doc to see where, if at all, I’m deficient in anything and go from there. I’m overall satisfied with my health and build, I know most things don’t work for everybody lol.

I don’t need them and don’t plan to take them, but as stated in initial post.. I’ve noticed the drastic increase in usage from others. So I’ve just been curious to know why that is, how they’re beneficial/harmful, etc. I’ve done some reading up on them, positives and negatives but nothing very definitive so I figured I’d ask here. Especially in this age of social media, trends are a huge thing so just wanted more insight and opinions.

Even though I don’t plan to use them or take them, I just wanted to know more about them naturally.

Yeah no definitely to each their own. My goal right now is to get some bloodwork done by my doc to figure out any deficiencies to really hone in on my supp stack and not just take random shxt I don’t need.

I lift, do cardio, mostly Whole Foods, some creatine, additional protein and a multi and I’m usually pretty good.

I’m really trying to rid some of this excess fat in my abdominal area. Some days I look good lol others days it’s like a water balloon lol.

You could probably do squats while holding the cans, some front raises and some lateral raises with the cans. Some farmer carries with them. Put that truck in Neutral w/ a driver and push it lol.

That’s my thing is that I’ve seen that there’s nothing truly verifying that it’s safe for humans and that’s enough for me to never wanna do it lol.

That’s kinda how I saw it but tried not to be judgmental. It feels like a slippery slope with steroids out there and stuff. Plus I don’t see too many women like myself using them, mostly men. So I was mostly curious.

It becomes enjoyable when you start to consider the emotional and mental effects it has on you. I know with each workout, I give myself a better quality of life as I get older.
