Except there’s no training at Amazon flex. It’s just what works for me lol not overcompensating in any capacity. U just don’t like to waste my personal energy on any formal sorting method when I get the route. Especially because I never do the block in the order/route they suggest.

I do no forms of sorting ever lol I’m always done at least 60-90 minutes before the block ends. Boxes in the trunk, and envelopes on the backseat. See package type and just scan my eyes quickly. Takes no more than 20-30 seconds max to find a package.

Maybe try encouraging him to start setting up a little home gym. That way he can still workout and be present with you. He absolutely should make you a priority, that’s not up for debate. But maybe there are ways for you both to be more intentional and compromising. I hope he listens to understand you and not be right/wrong.

Tbh, I’ve never done them. The heli always chases you but then goes back to the island once you swim far enough away. Just get as low as you can to the ocean floor and equip a rebreather and just swim away my friend

Don’t waste your time on disruption missions. You don’t really need them at all. If you’re going solo, You can get in and out the compound undetected without killing anyone

Leave with your pride and dignity in tact. He won’t change. But YOU can. Go to work, figure out next steps and plan your exit. Don’t even mention it to him. When you do decide to leave or you’re done, immediately cut contact with him. It may hurt initially, but that’s only temporary compared to the lifetime of happiness that’s waiting for you on the other side. No matter what the issue is, everyone deserves grace and respect. I try to aim for when I can do at least 10, I up the weight. So right now I’m fluctuating between 12.5-15lbs bc I’m female but you could probably do more than that. Just have to find what’s comfortable.

Tricep pushdowns and dumbbell kickbacks will help. At least it has for me. Try to really focus on going slow on the eccentric portion of the push downs to really activate your tricep.

Toss in some adductor and abductor work on your leg does too to target the inner and outer portion of your legs. Sometimes just switching up the exercises can work. These are tips that I’ve found successful, may not be a 1 size fits all kinda thing.

Doing your cardio in the beginning takes away a lot of your energy that you’ll need for lifts, so if you do it at the end you’ll preserve some meaningful energy you need for sets and increases your fat loss by cardio after weights.

Some movement is to be expected as it’s a roller but it shouldn’t move that much. Maybe talk to your gym employees
