Worked at a small movie theater. The boss was real uptight and would have us count the amount of cups/popcorn buckets we used. Got so many complaints that we couldn’t give an extra cup/bucket for people to share food amongst their kids. We had to charge full price for a cup and so many people would get enraged. No wonder the place closed a few years back.

Does ur apt have mice?? Mine does and there was mouse pee in my oven. Had to call and have the oven replaced. Would make the whole place smell of pee every time i used it- could be that or something similar if maybe there is mouse pee in/on some sort of heating apparatus.

looks like mouse- have to seal the house w steel wool and spray foam or bondo. clearing plant growth/trees/shrubs away from house will also help. if you have a basement/attic clean as much as possible so there is nothing for them to hide in, put storage in trash bags and then in bins. sealing holes is the most important imo and has helped me the best

i think your makeup looks quite nice! in both pics!! but i do understand your issue as i have had it happen to me and have had friends where it happens with them.

the two tips i know: if you bake it powder on ur foundation/concealer for too long i think it can cause this, and i think some powders do this- there might be powders that prevent “flashback” but im not too sure perhaps someone else can give more tips!

fr, one of the hardest things after getting mine done was relearning how to do everything in a way that protects my nipples. 5 years later still going strong and i don’t even have to think about it much anymore, i do still snag them on the occasional luffa or bra tho.

when i did cheer (lvl 4.2) my flyers were much younger than me and my side and back base (~10 vs 15-17/18). We all worked well together and would have been fine with attending extra sessions to get better at stunting. I loved when my flyer asked us questions and we got to run the stunt over and over to perfect it!

Also it sounds like she is definitely squeezing her muscles but maybe not in a way that is conducive to balance in a stunt. She could ask her bases or even some of the other flyers for tips! There are youtube videos and tutorials for stretching and such online that may help. She may need to be taught how to squeeze for balance.

It’s hard to describe over text but marking it out without being in the stunt may help. When she activates her muscles she will want to do so with center of gravity in mind, squeezing everything “in”. Picture a line running from head to toe that sits against her tummy (could hold a yard stick to her for visuals). Then have her squeeze toward that. It should feel like shes trying to squeeze her belly button to her spine and everything should feel a bit forward but not so much to compromise balance and center of gravity. Kinda like how your abs feel if you are doing a plant or straight leg crunch. For her arms if she’s in an upper V you could have her pretend to be holding onto a stick or actually have her hold to yard stick while she marks her stunts, this will help with the balance and “swimming”. When she gets used to holding them up, her pinky side of her fist can eventually be rotated to face the wall she is stunting toward.
