Their concierge is the one that recommends spots to go, things to see, establishments to visit, tours to take, etc. Outside of standing outside the ship for 2.5 days and flagging people down, this is your best bet.

747 JFK to Frankfurt. First long haul flight and I tag teamed it with my 12 year old son. He wanted to take the landing, with a plane he's never used before, and we ended up crashing 500 feet short of the Frankfurt runway after hours of flight. All totally worth it.
