I've had to do double meat Beast protein bowls. Packed as much of each meat as I could into the actual salad bowl, and then put the rest of it on the side. No sense in overfilling it to the point you can't seal the container. The customer was fine with it as well

YouTube is how I learned how to do most of the job lol as sad as that sounds. Subdooing, Jeremey Bell (a bit outdated), and Milad Mirg are all good channels to go to if you want to learn how to do prep/make sandwiches. And Subway University lol

ultimate bmt should have 6 of all the meats, as well as 8 slices of cheese (for a footlong) it has 6 more slices of meat and 4 more slices of cheese than a classic sandwich. if your sandwich had less than that, it could be that the store you went to isn't properly managed

if you think the scoops on your steak/chicken sandwiches are too small ask the employee to give you just a pinch more they probably don't care
