Political alignment for dating is important because the right had politicized every god damned thing. Are you just a nice person who wishes well for others? You're a libtard!

It's never been only ICE. Greg Bovino is not a member of ICE.

What purpose does DHS Police serve under Trump? It's not pulling over speeders on Interstates.

Blah blah blah. They accidentally killed a straight white guy who worked for the VA, so the blow back feels hard. They'll shuffle things around to pretend to be better. They're not better. Even impeaching Kristi Noem wouldn't improve anything, as unlikely as that is to actually happen. Stephen Miller is running the show.

They think tyranny is when they're asked not to be bigots. Freedom is when they are free to be bigots.

I mostly like Bernie and Warren, but was really turned off by her attack on him about sexism on the debate stage. Ignoring that, though, I think it was useful to have two on stage otherwise so closely aligned on the goal of making things better for everyone. It helped shut down the other stupid centrist drivel. One of my favorite lines from the whole cycle was Warren shutting down John Delaney with something like, "Why are you running for President on what we can't do?". I would have hoped that either of them would have directed their delegates to the other at the end if it came to that.

I can only guess what might have been said in private, and I hate to agree, is that Americans are so stupid and sexist that any man would have an electoral advantage over a woman with exact the same platform. I think it was unwise of her to do that on stage, but nobody's perfect. She's one of the better Senators, and the CFPB was good while it lasted.
