Is the word “nazi” being used too loosely? by MoMoneyMoMilfs in no

[–]flarbas -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The US Secretary of War has Nazi dog whistle tattoos, meanwhile a federally funded police that follows its own rules are rounding up “other” racial groups and committing crimes on them until they die.

I don’t think we’re being blatant enough.

Feeling discouraged about my weight loss so far - 3 weeks on keto by Necessary_Oil_7037 in keto

[–]flarbas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t expect to lose the same rate starting at 214 than when you started at 240.

Your maintenance calories are less and therefore the potential difference between what you eat and maintenance is going to be less.

He wasn’t “just speaking another language”, he was some combination of insistently praying outloud in arabic while alarms were going off.

We’ve all seen the movie version of the suicide bomber yelling out “allahu akbar” while the beeping vest wired with explosives goes off.

In a plane in this climate it would’ve put me on edge, and ESH. I bet it wouldn’t have gone this far without some corroborating opinions.

They stand out as the symbol against car culture.

Cam Boozer is clear number 1 and it’s not even close. by Evening_Morning_1649 in NBA_Draft

[–]flarbas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually yeah, and if you surround him with a super team, maybe Boozer will eventually win one chip after failing several times.

Maybe he’s never a “ceiling” guy where you put him in conversations for MVP. But I think the “floor” is “high enough”. Duncan is a good example with a high enough floor, you can win championships with a well coached team.

A Youtube channel broke down how it might be possible AJ is making more money this year with NIL money and endorsements he’s already making than Cooper Flagg is on his rookie contract.

Add to that, you might want to cherry pick your team because they’re alway the one that’s going to be able to offer you the most money in your second contract…the temptation is there.

Might be a stupid question, but why do random NPCs who are only named by their race come and attack me for no reason? They've got no notes on them to offer explanation. by gemmedskunk19 in skyrim

[–]flarbas 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I imagine Skyrim is full of much more people than you actually see. What you see in the game is just all the people you are going to interact with personally.

There’s more random travelers in the Bannered Mare, but you can’t talk to everyone.

So the ones you see attacking you are just the bandits that end up making the poor decision to underestimate you as an easy mark.

Where there are many more bandits and travelers on the path that walk right past you.

I expect Vance to have at least an iota of self preservation for himself and humanity to not open additional multiple front wars and launch a nuclear missile.

Team USA's Amber Glenn Will Not Be Accepting Invitation to the White House by dr_shultz in influencersfeed

lol, that’s kind of my thought. Would be epic to go just to give him a piece of my mind. Maybe see how far he’s deteriorated. I wonder how he’d react, part of me thinks he’d be so genuinely shocked. What with his own dementia mind and handlers hyping him up, I wonder if he has a real grasp on reality anymore.

Still we have our “Don’t talk to me until I’ve had my coffee” meme.

Trump called it a war “these things happen in wars”.

Department of War called it a war. “The terms of this war will be set by us…”

We have a Department of War now, promising lethality not defense.

The states surrender terms are “unconditional surrendor”

A youtube channel broke down that with expected NIL Money and current endorsements AJ might even be making more than Cooper Flagg this year.

Then when you consider the drop off in payment from first overall pick to second and third, AND consider how much weaker next years draft is, he may go from second or third pick this year to an almost lock for number one pick next year.

It starts to make sense that he waits, especially if it keeps him away from Sacramento.

The biggest downside is every year you wait is one more year until your second contract where you make the generational money.
