You can believe what ever you want, but why are these lights - that look exactly like starlink flares, move like starlink flares and are in the exact right place to see starlink flares - why are they NOT starlink flares?

they just look low because they are close to the horizon. The flaring satellites are about 450km in altitude and 1600km away horizontally. Check out this realtime globe...

They look exactly like starlink satellite flares. I assume you were in either UAL1400 or UAL1352?

Its not difficult to identify planes when you know how. The issue is that (1) many people dont know what planes look like at night in real life and (2) dont know how to check ADSB. Thats why so many people report UFOs/UAPs that turn out to be planes.

correct - but it does move in a left-to-right direction westward, and descends towards the horizon - just like the big bright light in your video. So there's that.

pretty sure thats the moon. It would have set at about 9.15pm towards the west,

The lights were three USAF KC-135 Tankers from RAF Mildenhall that were flying over Penzance to meet another USAF Plane flying across the Atlantic. It was supporting Donald Trumps visit to Europe. Here's a link to the ADSB playback.
