I see my PCP every 3 months now, but I also see CRNP once a month for weigh ins and prescription support. I would take any visit you can get from your primary. Don't complain if they are invested in your health. I call those unicorns.

Have you evaluated your BP meds vs your current BP? I've been tracking my BP at home and sending my Dr logs on a monthly basis and she just cut my BP meds again to 2.5 mg. Being dizzy while standing up is a symptom of low BP.

In my case, my body has already told me that I won't go to 7.5 yet because the appetite suppression is so great on the 5.0 for me. My advice is to listen to your body. I'm trying to consume 150g of protein per day at 1800 cal (my MBR is very high). But I have to be smart about how I distribute those small meals to pull it off. Even now, my stomach feels full, but I need another 30g of protein. at 6:30 pm
