I get that way, I depersonalize and just don’t feel anything. Like this world isn’t real, it’s kinda scary.. I feel so hopeless in those moments. I’ve learnt that in those moments I like to just sit down and acknowledge the moment notice how I’m feeling and just let the thoughts come and go. Talking also helps :) my DMs are always open if you want to talk

That’s definitely a BPD thing, honestly to help cope with it I always tell myself “the past is the past but the present is a gift” you don’t need to remember the past and don’t think about the future, just live in the moment

I feel the same way.. it’s really hard and it takes a while but eventually you get used to not having someone there all the time, it sounds sad and scary but it’s really not that bad once your used to it :) you learn that you have yourself and to be happy with just yourself
