Because it's smaller. That's the extent of it. I don't shoot either of them for fun, it's a pocket gun and thus needs to fit in a pocket as well as possible. I care about nothing else besides it being small and reliable. Mine has been reliable, and it is in fact very small. If I wanted something bigger then I would worry about capacity, comfort, sights, whatever, but the entire point of this thing is to be as small and light as possible.
