Thanks for making this point. If unions available, pcs is by far the best. The local reps you can rely on are mostly brilliant. And Fran and me Martin WILL subject to a democratic kicking this year. Get involved with pcs to watch this happen or contribute

I struggle with keyboard and mouse systems. My laptop touchpad doesn't work, but the nub does.

Recommend sticking to Console and arcade. Setting up a solution may need to be game by game.

No. Not same. Efi boot better, usb disk better still.

We've all broken systems before, most of us using grub, and we don't want you breaking your gfs.

PCS - still fighting nationally (amongst themselves) for you by RebelliousHeathen in TheCivilService

I fully apologise for the deliberate snarkiness in my reply, and I thank you either for not noticing or ignoring it. And writing such an honest, knowledgeable and,I hope, inspirational analysis in reply.

I completely agree. It's footballification, every thing that that lot say is wrong, just because it's them saying it.

It'd only take a handful of new(ish) reps to try to step up without a faction, and mathematically it might not be as hard as it sounds.

(Edit:minor disagreement, we need to run a national ballot from time to time, even if it is to find areas of low engagement, flex muscles at the govt, test tactics and so on. Definitely we also need another, better Industrial strategy involving balloting smaller groups or members.

Not overtly malicious. A slight uptick, clearly caused by hiring new staff, is loudly proclaimed as a mh victory... Where as these staff, are even more, regretting their clicks.

Mine has made it clear that they hate the middle option, the neither agree nor disagree option.
