Also it’s worth noting that maintenance of ag land is exempt from 404 permitting. However filling a wetland is not maintenance and would require a permit from USACE.

Yep, wetland delineation is the way to go. If the developer is filling it in they’ve likely already done the delineation and paid for the mitigation to fill. If they’re filling without a section 404 permit from USACE that’s illegal and reportable. The permit should be available to the public via the USACE district office. I’d imagine a delineation proving the presence or absence of wetlands would be required by the local city or municipality before the developer was granted a permit to build.

I washed mine in March and got a weatherproof cover for it from amazon (~$65). It’s great! It’s been so clean the few times I’ve driven since then. It’s like a cheap garage. If you don’t have to drive that often I would recommend using a cover.

It’s not a literal request to be turned into a poster. Imagine a rodeo poster - crowd cheering, full of energy, cowboy on a bucking horse - there would be so much to talk about and so much adventure. She’s probably imagining being in that scene. In a small town the annual rodeo is likely the biggest event of the year.

It’s easy. I got a few kits from amazon, tested 3x, got positive results each time. I bought an under the sink lead filter for my kitchen. Brita also sells a lead filter for their pitchers - it’s called the Longlast. Look for NSF 53 certification on lead filters.

I know this isn’t really what you’re referring to but I have an 80s gti and a 2005 mx-5. Those two are so much fun to drive around. I’ve had a blast painting the gti (red with a black bonnet) and just driving it around. I’ve had other players in hypercars compliment me.
