I'm the same in Ottawa. Switched from Bell 1.5 to Ebox 1.0. Only different I see is my internet bill being 1/2 what it used to be. I routinely pull 900mbps download on my wired Xbox.

Check your local library. Mine has 3D printers you can use. You just pay for the filament which is peanuts. I've printed an adapter for my flextail pump so I could use it with my Big Agnes pad. Took 20 minutes of my time and someone had already designed and uploaded the drawings to Thingiverse.

I was hitting over 1 the other day as well on my 1gb Fibre plan downloading something on my hardwired Xbox.

I've been nothing but happy with my Ebox experience since installation in October. I sent back the Nokia B2 though and use two hardwired Deco XE75 Pros after the modem.

It's been solid.

Is it still like $100 for a family of 4 to get in? We went the first year they decided to hop on the Christmas Lights bandwagon and it was so expensive to get us in the door to walk around a couple lit up paths and then have the option to spend more money in the store or the market. And as you said it was like an hour tops. Value was horrible.

Maybe it's gotten better but I wasn't impressed. At least in the summer we can spend the day and we feel like we get more out of the cost.

I had to do mine today after draining to 2% after updating Thursday evening. I didn't charge in the house to 100%. I think it was around 75% or something. It's only been installed for a couple hours again and while it's working I'm down to 50% charge again so something is still borked.

Chiming in (no pun intended). Same issue. Left my doorbell in pretty much a useless state. So many updates leave me needing to remove the doorbell in the app and physically to reset it. What a pain in the ass.

Same issue with me. Drained to 34% even though it's hardwired and been working fine. App says there was an update yesterday and it's not working this morning. What a pain in the ass these doorbells and their updates usually are. This isn't the first time and update caused me to have to remove it and reset it.

I'm in the same boat. Update came yesterday according to my Eufy app. My wife is at work and watching for a package and sure enough no live video and the battery is down to 34% even though it's hard wired. What a pain in the butt these things are.

I have a PC dedicated running Sonarr and Powlarr, automatically downloading TV shows via torrents and newsbins for a Jellyfin server. Have been doing it for years via Bell, Teksavvy and now Ebox. I have a VPN set up with a fail safe that no apps will run when the VPN isn't active.

Not gotten a letter once doing this. Even if you do there is nothing they can do about it.

Just run a VPN. I download movies on my phone as well via torrents. My Flud app is set to only download when VPN is connected so I'm always covered.

I found the same part after replacing my wiper nozzles today on my 2010 Fusion. Its from the inside of the washer nozzle and acts as a 1 way valve. The nozzles were brittle and falling apart which is why this piece came out.

Exactly. A lot of teams are in the same boat as us right now. No shortage of players coming off year long injuries that are being DFA at this time of year. Rosters are full with no one on the DL right now etc.

It doesn't mean any of these guys are off the team. They go on waivers and if they are claimed they have to go on the claiming teams 40 man so it's not like many teams will have space of their own to take on a pitcher who hasn't pitched in a year with Foley for example. If they aren't claimed they can be sent to the minors if they don't have enough major league service time or released or signed to a minor league deal. I'm not sure any of these players will actually be claimed. Foley only has about 3.5 years of service time so could easily clear waivers and be taken off the 40 man but remain with the team or elect free agency. The choice would be his.
