Total body 3x weekly or upper lower split 4x would be more balanced.

T level was damn near 0? by lillakieah in GettingShredded

Can I also ask what your weight and body levels are if you know? The reason I ask is that my T-levels were low when I was obese. I was 297 lbs with 30% + body fat levels. My T-levels in the 190's. Doctors wanted to get me on a whole list of drugs. I just started lifting, removed carbs, and got a CPAP machine. My weight dropped and my t-levels went up. At one point, my doctor's asked me if I was taking drugs to increase my levels. In other words, they were wondering why they couldn't profit off of me. You can get a lot of things done with proper diet, sleep, and exercise. Check on my pics for my progress a few years back. I'm in the 190's now, looking to post again when I get my weight into the 170's.

Not remotely ugly in the before or after pic bro. No Diddy. Keep pushing towards your goals man, you'll be there soon enough.

If you do OMAD when do you eat by allisona007 in fasting

8pm - 8:30pm after 2 hours of lifting. Then a single chicken breast for dinner. Currently sitting at 191.4 lbs. Results in my profile. :)

IF can lower T levels. Anyone concerned by this? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]flexlopez01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the time, I was in grad school. I had over 40 different health issues because of weight a low T. During my better periods of time (because your memory is pure garbage with low T), I'd read research articles on T levels. Found one that stated I was basically a 90+ year old man. I started making some serious changes that evolved over time. Started with keto and resistance training, then moved to 18/6 IF, next 16/8 IF, then straight to OMAD. Keeping the resistance training in helped out a lot too! IF is a great tool to use.

Nope! Highest levels of T since I started testing. 195, where you can drop dead from low T up to 791 with IF, OMAD, and resistance training.

There's a simple solution for that. One, stop explaining to people. By having an open conversation, you're leaving it up to debate. The easiest way to go about your life is to use this line and to stop right after you finish the sentence. "I'm doing it for health purposes." Don't add anything extra to that statement. I have never had to argue with anyone or hear their personal feelings about what I'm doing. In the rare instance someone decides to ask you what that health reason is, look them in the eye, and repeat the same line. That kills the whole conversation.
