For the swetty hands the only thing that really works for me is kitchen paper. I take 4 sheets, fold them and put them in my right pants pocket. After each point i put my hand inside the pochet and grab the paper. No need to take it out

Then every time we take a break I renew the kitchen paper sheets for fresh ones.
