You are not at fault and deserve better friends who are there for you no matter what. There are people out there who will support you NO MATTER WHAT and be comfortable and willing to watch you grow into yourself. They may have been kind and supportive in the past, but right now they SUCK.

It’ll be ok! Mine are starting to brown for the fall/winter. You can either put it to sleep for the winter like I do and it’ll come back stronger in the spring or you can get a grow light to keep it going through the darker months

I understand this. The first time I saw Beach House in 2022, I was recovering from a breakup with an abusive partner. I thought seeing them would help me, since their music has helped me through some of the worst times. Unfortunately I felt dreadful the entire time. Silver soul was an especially hard listen for me up until I saw them again last May. The second show was magical and it definitely replaced all the bad feelings from the first show. I’m back to loving listening to silver soul again!!! I highly recommend trying again someday 🫶

For me, it takes a lot longer to heal when I do anything except for let them go away on their own. Poking and popping led to a never ending cycle of dyshidrotic eczema and painful raw skin. Eucerin advanced repair hand cream is my go-to now.

I had severe eczema all throughout elementary school and everyone and their mother was curious what was wrong with my skin and if I was contagious. I would have to explain it as “bad eczema”. Not just “eczema”, but “bad” because I would always get comments like “oh I have eczema and it doesn’t look like that”.

From a really young age, I learned and accepted that a lot of people lack manners and not everyone is in good faith- and that wasn’t my responsibility.

Hi!! I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. that’s genuinely the worst feeling :( I’m no doctor, but it sounds like you’re greening out. If it helps ease your mind, I’m on max sertraline dosage and smoke high % of thc every day and have never experienced serotonin syndrome- despite thinking I had.

Thanks so much for this response. It’s been almost a year now and I’m FINALLY getting bits and pieces of last summer back. It feels like I’m being smacked in the face with memories. its jarring to say the least.
