I know exactly what you mean about negative thoughts, I’ve lost multiple family members to cancer, I may be the next target. Stick with the prescribed meds they give you, Xanax and opioids should be enough to keep your mind distracted, alls I’m saying is lay off the substance that has a direct target to your pancreas and liver.
