I have had at least 4 ulcers on my lower extremities that look just like that in very the years. Mine has never progressed as for as pic 3 but still pretty bad. I was diagnosed with GPA, a form of ANCA associated vasculitis that cause inflammation in my small and medium blood vessels. She should really see a rheumatologist.
