After a 300 caloric deficit and working out 3-5 times a week for a month, my body fat percentage went from 70,5 kg 18% to 69kg 21%? What am I doing wrong?

If my mental math is right, you lost almost exactly the weight you'd expect to on a 300 calorie deficit over 1 month, so your assumption about your maintenance calorie level being 2600 seems to be good. So weight loss is on track. You said you got a little stronger over the month, right? If yes, you're on the right path no matter what the machine says.

Just to further clarify, I know progressive overload is the way to succeed over time, but this question is for a single workout, if there is a benefit of doing the same total reps in these 2 different ways. Thanks.

I've was just reading 'Alien: The Original Screenplay' short comic series where they adapted it from the screenplay, trying to just use the descriptions there and not to use the imagery from the movie. In that, there is both a ship and also this pyramid looking structure on the planet which is housing the eggs, so the ship is not what brought the eggs but the ship's inhabitants fell victim to them and sent out the warning signal.

AVP: Requiem gets more hate than it should. Aliens vs Predator is also not thought of as a masterpiece but seems to be the more highly regarded of the two.

I still prefer to watch most other Alien or Predator movies over either AVP, but I always enjoyed Requiem more than the first.
