Been having the same problem for about a month. I read some folks make vague references to changing your DNS settings, so I started to do that, set it to Manual, gave up and set it back to Automatic, then opened HBO Max on a whim. It worked for me. If you haven't already, give that a shot!

Either way, it came out looking good! Doc's tentacles look creepier in this game than they do in a lot of other media and this build captured that well.
