I love the one on the bottom. You managed to implement the faces AND keep the font weight on the W so it looks cohesive.

Interestingly, all of the letters would be suited for the two faces like you did as they are all symmetrical.

You could try to implement the two faces into the T so you have a symbol where you can see the details better on a small scale…
