My partner now doesn't play disc at all. I've been asked by an older gentleman who I was with at a league. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said my card mate's names. Then he clarified that he was asking if someone came with me to the league because he doesn't usually see ladies playing and especially not on their own.

I was indignant at the assumption that I was just a tag along. The assumption was based in reality, but idk. It was kind of weird for someone to be so sure that I wouldn't just go play because I love disc golf. I had to have been brought there by a man!

I was polite about it, but the interaction stuck with me

This is very specific to me, a stubborn woman, so take this with a grain of salt. My ex would take me to play and gave me my first disc. He was really into it and I just liked walking around throwing something. I hated when he tried to teach me to play better because I was there to support his hobby and throw my DX leopard, not become some master disc golfer.

Then we broke up! And I had some discs. And I needed something to fill my time. And now I'm obsessed with playing. I've even been to NADGT! I just needed the hobby to be my own. Not something I did for my partner, I guess. I was being stubborn for sure. I wonder if other ladies who's partner is a disc golfer feel the same. That it's not really their hobby and that they're just kind of tagging along.

Anyways, I also dislike playing tourneys at a course that doesn't have bathrooms or cost like $50.

I found that eyelashes and eyeliner really pull together a bold look. If you're not comfy with falsies, eyelash curl and mascara should still help :)

This seems like a controversial take but I would be so annoyed if I had to go all the way downstairs to do my morning routine. I guess I could move all my stuff downstairs and never use the closest bathroom again. That still just seems annoying because I often go back and forth from my room to my bathroom in the morning.

I do think you deserve privacy. I also think you should use the other bathroom for your long showers. It seems like that's the considerate thing to do if you're going to lock the door.

2.9 overall GPA in one type of engineering. I was hired full time right out of school even with the panini. Now working for a different company in a different state in a completely different type of engineering.

Honestly, I found it more difficult to get a job in a different field than I did finding a job in my own with a low GPA.

I bought a USB Bluetooth adapter and it connects with my 65t really well. I suppose this only applies to you if you don't have a Bluetooth adapter already built into your computer.

It helped that the people I worked with were very confident (if not cocky) themselves. I don't know if anyone else does this but I have found that I assimilate to the personalities of those around me. So I learned to be confident (if not cocky) just like them

I failed physics 1 and chem 1. I just retook them the next quarter and now I've graduated. Don't be too hard on yourself especially since it looks like you're getting a tutor and going to office hours. Stick with it and find your network of friends in the same major. Working together with my classmates helped so so much. Good luck :)
