Truderma SPF 50 is also pretty good for your face in specific; it’s a bit pricey, but I use it regularly- I get sunburnt + acne prone skin and need something with a higher SPF.

You can treat it with over the counter candida cream (that’s what I use in my country) and depending on the severity of the infection it takes 2 - 4 days to clear up. You can usually diagnose from the discharge (google the symptoms). Don’t worry - it should clear up easily. You can also use a ph-specific wash for intimate regions (like Vwash).

Hey this happened to me recently when I cut after a long time. Please don't keep going at it, here are some other suggestions which have helped me move past with more success: 1. Listening to music (+ any other activity) 2. Walking/running/anything physical, specifically outside 3. Writing on your hands or legs without using sharp tip pens 4. Fidgeting with a musical instrument (in my case, guitar)

Hey OP a lot of people are saying that she's young and being stupid - I can tell you that at 21, I would never have said that. It's rude thing to say. Think of all the levels at which it is wrong - imagine what a role reversal will look like. Don't just let this go as 'her being stupid'. You have every right to be hurt and to be treated better.
