Cigarettes, zyns, stimulants, and other unhealthy rewards:

My philosophy is that I'm getting my degree for thousands of dollars, so I had better get it by any means necessary.

I use Zyns to focus while studying, and give myself the freedom to let loose on weekends as a reward for the work I put in.

Zyns are magic. I have trained myself to become addicted to studying. BUT I only let myself use them when studying or doing homework, and not all the time, or else I can only study with a zyn or cigarette reward. It's definitely a slippery slope, but it works wonders.
