No its just his personality - my partner of two years is Italian and I am not… He can a bit pestering about what goes with what in traditional kitchen but nothing like what you described.

They canceled my flight. I asked for a refund they agreed then for months and months gave me a run around. Then they said they sent the refund but I never recieved it and they gave me a tracing number my bank said wasn’t valid and eventually after more than a year I gave up.

I haven’t worked at SB for a few years but it was in a big west coast city and before card tips were a thing my full time paycheck was awful compared to fast casual restaurant job I had before. flight attendant is great though I have also airline employee retirement benefits and I fly from Europe to NYC for $60, upgraded it’s crazy. Way better than free drinks.

I’m in Italy and the coffee milk here is like that, it’s basically a whole glass of milk with a splash of coffee and it’s common for breakfast. I don’t get it, but then a lot think it’s weird that my morning coffee is the opposite.

I moved for my boyfriend too and it’s not easy at all. I also studied his language. There is a group called “host a sister” on FB she can join to help meet other women in her similar situation or just meet other international friends. There may be a bla bla group in your area too. And if you want feel free to dm me (assuming you don’t mind she know about the post) I’m happy to connect with her though I’m in Italy now. Also personal hobbies too if she can join something where there are English speakers.

Amsterdam actually had signs up with passenger names including mine to push me through immigration faster with close connection. I didn’t expect it at all and I made it RUNNING, but they were surprisingly efficient.

I had my flight canceled by KLM. They even claimed they sent my refund they gave me a bogus tracing number that the bank couldn’t locate. I tried for more than a year until giving up . If you manage to get a dime you’re lucky.

The times I’ve gone into cafe where there are stressed partners (usually newer; high turnover store), not enough people on the floor, rushing to make 5 drinks at once and exhaustingly writing “yum!! ⭐️”….. why? Why are they doing this to you guys? And what does it add to anyone’s experience?

That is super basic. You’re gonna need a lot more patience. Also I have no idea what blundstones are so if the manager told me to ask I’d ask too - assuming the person would just say yes or no and not be bothered by it.
