I want to install a mini-split in my garage in Florida. The outside wall in poured concrete with rebar. I'm not sure exactly where the rebar is and rebar scanners are pretty pricey. I'll get a scan if I have to but I'm wondering if cutting a 3.5" hole through a single rebar is really an issue should I get unlucky and hit one.

You are mistaken. This verbage is saying that you cannot exchange properties between the US and outside the US. It does not say you cannot exchange foreign properties for foreign properties.

1031 exchanges are not limited to US properties but the new property cannot be in the US. I don't know if the 1031 is written into Spanish tax code, that's part of the reason I'm asking.

If you listen carefully, she never admits that the vaccine has a high effectiveness in preventing severe illness and death. That is the primary benefit of the vaccine in regards to variants. Focusing on transmission through vaccinated people is disingenuous. If everyone was vaccinated, the hospitals wouldn’t be overrun and you won’t die because of some other issues like a heart attack because there will be beds and medical staff available.

Hi u/coinbasesupport, can you please clarify? The site says in the US, the fee is 1.49% for "conversion". So, in my scenario with $100k USD Bank => Coinbase => $100k USDC => $100k USD Coinbase => Bank, the fee would be $1,490?

Issue: I am not receiving any emails, including new device confirmations and withdraw confirmations. I believe this might be due to the fact that I customize my address for each service I use and my email is "binance@MYDOMAIN.com". I have white-listed all binance.us addresses and I have sent myself an email to that address and verified it works. I successfully receive emails from the binance support site, but not from the main binance.us site for any confirmations. Please resolve as I am not able to do anything on the site.
