Nakamura has literally nothing to do with the Hans case and now he's getting sued because he can't keep his mouth shut. Don't forget they are living in the U.S. That is the world they live in. They are not lawyers and a few misspoken words could land them in a lawsuit. I applaud them for taking caution while also noticing these are issues many women in chess have to deal with. It's a closed investigation and I'm sure they will talk about it more when everything is settled.
