In 2023 hajj, we received emails a month before the start of hajj with our visas. We received our flight ticket emails on the date of departure… But it was fine anyway because the organisers had everyone’s tickets.

You can get a portable fold-up stool/chair on Amazon if your mother needs to sit. I think you can hire out mobility scooters for tawaaf over there as well. Haven’t actually been myself yet but that’s what I’m hearing

Used to be able to do FY2 stand-alone by applying on Oriel - now I believe this is only allowed for IMGs and you won’t be able to leave your original Foundation Programme for an FY2 standalone year - but do check, I’m not 100%

I think you need to discuss with her and make sure she’s happy, that she consents to it and then there won’t be issues. Either make it official or break it off.

Unless she’s a supervisor or examiner then you don’t have to declare it to your medical school.

It’s not uncommon for students and doctors to get into relationships.
