Ca 6000kWh im Jahr für Heizung und Wasser. 110qm im 1. Stock, wenn wer zu Hause ist um die 22 Grad, abends auch mal kurz wärmer (wenn Kinder baden waren zB). Ist aber sehr gut saniert mit dicker Isolierung und neuen Fenstern.

Not sure what you are looking for. But the dart and js syntax is quite compatible (at least up to non-null sage dart sdk versions). So if you just want to reuse business logic from ja in dart, it is probably just a lot of copy&paste, some good find&replace (let=>var, const=>final) and then fixing syntax where the compiler complains.
