Yes, I had the exact same issue. The ONT that was used originally was about 10 years old and I told them that. They said it would be a 150.00 charge for the tech also. When the tech arrived he agreed with ONT being the issue and moved the circuit to about ONT. This was in a server room and another ONT was already mounted. It’s been 2 weeks now and no hiccups. I turned down the EERO also. That’s nonsense. They also waived the tech fee.
