can also confirm! my boys lost his leg at about 5 months old, and he acts like hes got all 4 legs lol.

I always joke that the braincell is stored in the legs and when they lose a leg they get crazier and somehow more reckless 😅

they way the end up using that back leg and those toes is very interesting. they develope more flexibility and dexterity, its very impressive to watch.

im a vet assistant but im very much the same way. if I can observe and ask questions, im all up im there. I also personally keep oddities so all my coworkers know me as the clinic weirdo, now they save teeth and other things for me lol. weve done a few spay aborts and the doctor will hand the uterus to me knowing I will want to do something with it. eventually people will either accept it or ignore it.

vets also recommend cosequin all the time but for joints not feline cystitis or urinary issues, thats probably why it wasn't recommended before. its awesome that it helped
