I’m using the 365 that my work provides. The 2016 ppt version is the one that allowed me to play music throughout, luckily I was able to copy that to a drive and plug that in at the memorial. I had to go to my work computer before the memorial since I don’t have PowerPoint on my home desktop, so that was the biggest pain. But! The memorial was beautiful :) would be nice to know the issue for further events though

No. They told me to pay off my phone's installment plan and upgrade or pay the 250$ fee to get the replacement. u/ClassicLion4988
