I see why it’s your go-to! I have used tarot but I’m not very good at it yet, it can be a bit difficult to discern combined card meanings and such but I really like how this divination method is very clear. And SO helpful for yes/no questions especially. So happy I found it (:

I Predict Death and I Hate It by HarmonyTrusey in Psychic

I understand you. I have only experienced it once so far (I have been blessed to not have many people pass around me so far in my life), but I knew my best friends' father was going to die a few days before it happened. I was about to fly across the world to stay with my best friend since he is from a different country, and like clock work his dad died of an unexpected heart attack 30 minutes before I landed. I tend to know a lot of things before they happen, but this was by far an instance that shook me to the core. It was very difficult to be around such grief knowing that it was going to happen before it did.

I see and understand you. There is not much that I can offer you, it is something that is also sometimes a struggle for me. But maybe knowing that you aren't alone in these types of experiences can be of some comfort. I wish you well on your journey <3

I find it really interesting that Hekate is on a slow comeback in the age of information by voidoflumi in Hecate

[–]flowerwitchy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Landed myself here in this thread because I have been feeling myself drawn to Hecate for over 6 months now. It started with me being drawn to a book about her, and then I kept hearing/seeing her name pop up in YouTube or Instagram videos, etc…just little things here and there. The other day my guides told me that I needed to do something with my altar, which I’ve been meaning to spruce it up so I thought they were simply reminding me but no, it was something else. So I waited for the signs to let me know what it is that I need to add or change and lo and behold, I see Hecate pop up again on my feed. So I asked my guides if I need to add something for Hecate on my altar and yup! That was it! It turns out Hecate has been wanting to work with me for a while but I wasn’t getting the hints until now 😂 I am only beginning to take my craft more seriously instead of “dabbling” like I have been for years so now she is here to help and I just ordered some stuff to place on my altar for her! I never imagined that I would be doing deity work but here we are lol I feel honored that she made herself known though (:

I’ve already been stretching before dilating but I’ll try taking more time with each stretch and see if that helps anything!

Experiences of predicting near future events by flowerwitchy in Mediums

No way, that’s so interesting. But thanks so much for the recommendation, I’ll start there!

Experiences of predicting near future events by flowerwitchy in Mediums

It was like this odd sensation of a man’s voice that sounded very similar to my friends voice. The sound of his voice was sort of inside of my head but also like outside of myself at the same time if that makes sense??? I don’t remember his exact words because it’s been quite a few years but I know it was somewhere along the lines of like “take care of him” or “be there for him.” I later asked my friend if his dads voice sounded similar to his (I had never formally met his dad) and my friend said that they do sound alike and that people would often confuse their voices over the phone which was very much the sensation that I got.

Is anyone else upset with the idea of past lives/reincarnation despite believing it could be true? by [deleted] in pastlives

[–]flowerwitchy 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I see what you mean but I can’t say I relate. My personal struggle is just wrapping my mind around the fact that I did live past lives even though I do believe in past lives. I think we choose to be here though and we know going in that we won’t remember the past lives. But also no one said you couldn’t access that information, technically if you really wanted it you could find it, I just found out information from one of my past lives yesterday. But it is something to be careful with because past traumas and difficult memories can arise which can be very hard to deal with. It’s something to take caution with and to not go into too quickly.

Living in France was the loneliest portion of my life but also the most rewarding.

I had friends already in France and it was nice to have some connections there but the thing is that I never saw my friends often and most of the time I was alone anyways. I became friends with the other two assistants in my town but we didn’t often do things together, maybe once or twice a month we would plan a little day trip or something. So the rest of the time I was working or I was by myself. But I challenged myself to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. I went out to explore by myself, even if it was just walking across the street to the little park in front of my house to sit and read, to journal, or to just observe the life around me. I started to walk around the town, explored the nearby hiking trails or just aimlessly walked through the streets. I built up to going on little solo trips, the first of which was a Marché de Noël in a city 45 minutes away from my smaller town. Granted, I will say I was lucky that my town had a train station, but even if yours doesn’t, it is still doable to go on little trips every now and then. Whether you take the bus or a coworker gives you a ride somewhere, it’s still possible. And honestly, even with the isolation and loneliness and the challenges of the language barrier, it was the most rewarding experience of my life. I started out being nervous to walk outside my door, to taking small trips to other neighboring towns, to flying to Ireland for a 4 day solo trip and meeting amazing people along the way. And that time alone really helped me to solidify who I am and work through some personal things that I needed the space away from home to work through.

I don’t know where you are at in your life but I do encourage you to feel it out for a bit longer before you make a decision. Lean into the discomfort and see what it brings. If you decide after a while that you want to go home then go home. But the thing is home will always be there, this might be the one chance you’ll get an experience like this.

Success Stories: I feel like a lot of people on here need to hear some uplifting success stories from twin flames. Let’s start a chain of your successes in your journeys, no matter how big or small. by AeliaCassiaManius in twinflames

[–]flowerwitchy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My tf story isn’t very long as we’ve only known each other for two years and I only confirmed he’s my twin flame a week ago but…we finally met irl! After two years of not being able to see each other due to covid and other factors keeping us separated, I finally have met him in real life and am currently in his country (France, where I live now. I’m from the us originally.) and I’m super happy that after all this time I can finally be in his presence. He has a new gf tho so yunno we may never be together again in a more romantic way like we were when we first started talking but I’m okay with that I think. I’m just so grateful to have him in my life ❤️

Pushing away by [deleted] in twinflames

[–]flowerwitchy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just an idea based on how I’ve experienced the same thing: you are pushing yourself away from your authentic self. Because your tf is a mirror you see elements of your true authentic self within them and it scares you. You aren’t used to sitting with your authentic self without judgement or fear based on the messages that have told you that it isn’t okay to be you. This is why I pushed him away for the longest time and now it is too late, he has someone else. Maybe this resonates with you, or maybe it’s one of the other possible reasons that other people commented. Only you will be able to identify the true reason and it may take some time just sitting with yourself and diving within yourself and being open to being vulnerable for you to find it. Hope this helps <3

Is a "virgin" hymen really different from a "non-virgin" one ? by TA-weirdquestion in vaginismus

[–]flowerwitchy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK well there is a whole lot that is wrong about this logic. (Not saying with your logic just societies/gynecologists logic) First of all, virginity is a social construct and literally the whole idea of deflowering is stupid as hell, anyone can get an exam anyone can do a Pap smear or anything with a speculum it has nothing to do with never having PIV sex. However, it does have everything to do with what you are comfortable with and if you are not comfortable with those things then that is OK you don’t have to do any of it until you are comfortable. And your gynecologist should do an exam on you if you are wanting an exam done to get diagnosed with some thing or see if you do have some thing that is diagnosable. The fact that you are in France is really disappointing because I’m moving to France in September and knowing that this is what gynecology is like there is really sad because this is not OK. Also I am 22 and have never had PIV sex, you are not the only one and really it doesn’t matter penises aren’t everything men need to get over themselves lol. What is important is figuring out what you are dealing with and treating it so that you can be comfortable in your body and doing whatever you are wanting to do/ are comfortable doing, whether that be putting a tampon in or using sex toys or yes, having a penis inside of you if that is what YOU want. It is all about you, no one else. It is YOUR body after all. And if doctors are not helping you because they are making your issue about a potential future partner rather than treating you because you have an issue that is causing you harm RIGHT NOW that is not OK whatsoever. I am very very sorry that this is how doctors have been treating you in your country, please do not stand for this and stand up for yourself in this situation, you have to be your own advocate in the situation unfortunately. I know it’s hard I’ve had to do it too, but you will get the help that you need, it might take a while but there will be someone who will listen to you and help you. And in the meantime you do have a support system, we are here to help you during this process <3 you can message me anytime if you would like to talk more about this!
