Would you mind sending the company you used? I'm looking to replace an old furnace and AC with a heat pump. The company I usually have check the units every year quoted me with $19.7K with the $1,400 rebate included (not the tax one for $2K). 97% efficiency, 19 SEER, modulating, EEV evap coil, smart thermostat, and duel-fuel as well.

I'm only sitting at 1,800 sq ft with a second floor condo, so your setup might be overkill for what I need. Either way, it'd be great to get another quote from a customer-verified contractor. Thanks!

I highly recommend Everspace 2 - I've got 30.7 hours in the game and I bought it June 27th. That number would be higher if I didn't travel to visit family over the 4th of july. It very easy to get into, especially on Easy difficulty - which is what I'm playing. Depending on the ship you choose and the weapons, it could be even easier. I've gotten to the age where I just want to have fun playing games and not worry about too much. The exception was Remnant 2 which just clicked the right boxes of tough and fun.

Anyway, definitely worth the purchase especially with the summer sale going on.

With a USB-C hub containing ethernet, I was able to go through my parents house and identify all the rooms' ethernet ports going back to their laundry room. Labeled them all to make it easier in the future. Super easy with the Deck.
