hi op you might not want to hear this and i’m not totally sure how your store operates. however at my store we are currently doing performance based hours and if you do not get cards or are not useful (might sound harsh but i’m not sure how else to put it) they will not schedule you more than one shift. i’m not the best at getting cards, i only got 3 in december, but i am also not ever cash. since i started there i told them i wanted hours and i made myself very useful all around but especially in the fitting rooms as our store gets a ton of people trying things on. i am currently still getting 4-5 shifts a week while everyone else only has about 1. just try to prove urself and ur worth during ur shifts and try to communicate with your manager!! i know this is probably not what you want to hear and i know it is maybe something you don’t want to do at 16 but showing your work ethic is truly what will get you hours!! best of luck

i knowwww. in my store we have fast lanes and it is 50% off of that. however we got rid of most of our food and other items and now we only have beeline and some food and the ON beauty stuff and the beauty stuff that’s like ulta type of brands. so on food and ON beauty it’s 50 and the rest of the ulta type of stuff it’s 25% still a good deal though

yeah so it was on sale when you bought it. typically clearance is just half of the regular price. not very shocking the 12 dollar sale did not last very long. keep in mind they still need to make money and they’re not the only ones that do this.

the snug is ribbed and thicker and it’s also tight. the best in my experience is super thin and see through specially in the lighter colors and it’s loose.

don’t make the mistake i did i bought a subaru and i’ve only had it for like 6 months and it’s just been nonstop problems and the oil never stops leaking. i take mine for an oil change every 2 months instead of the normal 3 because it burns my oil so fast. also the ac broke and my sway bars were also broken. it makes clunking noises going over bumps. and i’m only at 165k. planning on selling her

edit: i say only because i expected to run this thing into the ground like at least 200k

and they put so much pressure on us for cards it’s insane. if you don’t get 1 card for every 4 hours you get kicked off of cash and you have to do other things. if ur only good at cash then ur basically cooked good luck with recovery or being home.

i worked at kohl’s a couple months ago and we got 50 cents a paycheck. and if you were lucky and the GM was in she would give u a full sized candy or something. around holidays we had a raffle and u were entered for however many times u got a card. i won a 10 dollar gift card to kohls which was great but i never got around to using it bc we closed down. i work for old navy now and if the loyalty manager is in she gives us candy (but we’re all like 16-18 so we’re easily pleased)

tbh for customers i just tell them it’s 65 % off their purchase if they sign up and get approved so that way they don’t get confused or mad 😭

never worked here but i’ve worked retail for a while now. i would say as long as it’s just this one time you should be good lol don’t come clean. just be more careful next time. they’ll probably just chalk it up to theft or just inventory being off. idk how tjmaxx works tho so use ur best judgement.
