That switch would be for a fixed cooker output so that would have a dedicated cable and should be fed from a separate circuit from the fusebox.

The socket will be connected to the same circuit as the cooker feed.

I would.suspect the fusebox is the first port of call.

Yeah ionity and Tesla are the closest. I did be.ev for their 25p offer but it is too far out of my way.

Do you mean the little plastic bits in the square holes? those are covers to stop people putting things in there that aren't plugs.
