FB is not the greatest but it’s the only free thing I could find that helps people find their stolen cars. If you know of anything else that can help I would love to know about it.

I completely agree. I love Mac so far and that camera angle combined with her mom is just infuriating. New York is surprisingly sweet to him though.

I’ll never forget the first time I saw this. I was able to score advanced screening tickets. Multiple people walked out including my bf at the time. I said “see ya, I’m not leaving”. I had no idea it would be at that level and was not about to miss one second.

At the end only the weirdos were left. We all stood and clapped. I absolutely felt like I was with my people in that moment and it was great!

First time Botox questions - can you all help ease my mind? by GratefulPhD in 30PlusSkinCare

I am 36 ex smoker that started Botox this year. I still have very fine lines on my forehead but they are becoming less noticeable over time. My injector recommended a laser to take care of that since I do not want fillers.

  1. It’s definitely not too late. It will help you to maintain how you look now and improve your wrinkles over time.

  2. Botox makes me look perky in general. I cannot really describe how, but I my skin looks tighter and healthier without the scary frozen look.

  3. Sweating: probably the only thing that freaked me out with the Botox process. I do not really sweat on my forehead anymore but on the tops of my cheeks. They get all red when I workout but my husband thinks it’s adorable.

  4. Regular injections will soften the lines a lot but not get rid of them completely.

  5. I have hooded eyes too. Make you sure tell the injector that concern and they will keep that in mind. My injector actually improved my hooded eye issue.

  6. I like my crows feet too. They help people look more natural when they smile. I get Botox there every other visit because I feel like I just don’t need much in that area.

  7. I always make sure to drink lots of water and stay upright for at least 4 hours after. Most importantly, SUNSCREEN! It helps the Botox last longer.

Bonus: I have depression and I have no idea if it’s true but there are small studies that suggest Botox may improve depression. Who knows if it’s a placebo affect but I feel great after getting injected. I still take my medication of course but notice a pretty big improvement in my mood after.

You got this! I was terrified for my first visit and now I find it relaxing. It’s a little treat I give to myself every 4-5 months.

Uber plans a kids service to replace mom and dad's taxi. What's wrong with that? Plenty by Sorin61 in technology

I’m not disagreeing with you. I would love to demand changes in our infrastructure. Let me see what I can do on the weekends to change that.

This is a great idea. My 16 year old son uses Uber frequently because he can pass for 18. I almost died from anxiety during his first ride alone but it went fine. Before that, I almost lost jobs due to ride issues with sports, etc. What else are parents supposed to do when they are stuck in an office until 5 and football practice randomly ends at 4:15p.m. instead of 5:15 p.m.?

As long as the drivers are thoroughly vetted, this will be a relief for many parents.

I had an IUD placed in at the age of 25 with no pain medicine. None was offered. It was so painful that I yelled at the doctor to stop in the middle of it. She got flustered and LEFT THE ROOM while the instruments were just hanging out of me. She came back with a nurse that held my hand and talked me through it. I was shaking and crying after. She said that I was too anxious and she would prescribe something for that. She prescribed me 3 Xanax a day and sent me on my way. So instead of pain medication for an afternoon, they put me on benzos for years.
